Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 14‑day return window from the day your order arrives. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within that period.
To qualify, items must be:
· unworn and unused
· in their original condition
· with tags attached
· in the original packaging
· accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at hello@suitephysique.com. We’ll confirm your request and provide the return address. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return address: Provided once your return request is approved.
Please note: items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll review the issue and make it right. In most cases, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you — and you won’t need to return the original.
Non‑returnable items
We cannot accept returns on:
· sale items
· gift cards
· custom or personalised items
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or colour, you can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return postage for size exchanges. We cover the cost of sending the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
